Postal services

We guarantee continued mail delivery and collection at the official logistics delivery points 1x per day in the morning. Further distribution into mailboxes at the 英皇娱乐 Info post office, the ISCs and the HCI post office is also guaranteed. Mail that cannot be delivered via the mailboxes can be picked up at the appropriate post office counter between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. All units are kindly requested to regularly pick up their mail at the official logistics delivery points in order to ensure that invoices can be approved on time and that the capacity of the mail rooms and mailboxes does not become overwhelmed.

Suppliers and courier services

Please only order goods when they are absolutely necessary. Courier services (DHL, DPD, Fedex, TNT and UPS) have been informed that smaller deliveries to the postal codes 8092/8093 can now only be made via the Logistics Centre (ONA). Please inform your other suppliers about the central receiving point in Oerlikon. If you have bigger deliveries (goods on pallets), please coordinate them directly in the building where they should be delivered and ensure that someone is there to receive the goods in person.
